We’ve upgraded our servers! ACD has 35 servers located inside one of our data centers just outside of Salt Lake City, UT. Over the past two weeks, we have invested in upgrading and optimizing almost all of those servers. We are now processing data 40 times faster, with the data transfer layer now running almost 100 times the prior speeds.
What does this mean for you? It means better service from ACD, especially around our data connections with our telephony platforms and scheduled tasks.
