You have probably noticed recent enhancements and new functionality across ACD products. That is thanks, in part, to our new Product Development Department. The Product Development Department oversees the initial and ongoing strategy for all ACD products and services. By combining market research with general requirements, specifications, timetables, pricing and plans, the department roadmaps improvements and marketing approaches.
Product development bridges strategy and execution to ensure an outside-in approach so that ACD’s products remain solution-driven and problem-solving. Each individual product plan requires research, examination, analysis, development and implementation. While every department at ACD plays a role in the framework, the Product Development Department is responsible for managing the overall trajectory of each product. This new department is headed by Dolores Lobato, and includes Mike Carpenter, Andrew Davidge, and Louise Watson.
